OncoNav is a patient navigation and education tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. All content, assessments, and AI-generated responses are for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult your oncologist or healthcare provider before making medical decisions.
By downloading or using OncoNav, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
OncoNav offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
OncoNav uses Anthropic Claude, a third-party AI service, to power features including symptom assessment, care plan generation, Q&A, and visit prep. When you use these features, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. By using OncoNav, you consent to this data processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how your data is handled by their service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
OncoNav and its creators are not responsible or liable for any medical complications, outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of or reliance on this application. Use OncoNav as an educational resource to supplement — never replace — your relationship with your oncology care team.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OncoNav after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
